SEBASTIEN EMILE TELLIER-LALONDE April 5, 2007 December 9, 2007 At the comfort of home, Sebastien passed away with his loving parents Monique and Jack by his side. He will be sadly missed by his older brothers; Austin, Xander, and twin brother Dominic, Grandparents; Dolores, Emile, Ron, Diane and Betty as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family would like to express their many thanks to Dr. A. Chiu, Dr. M. Harlos, Simone, Doris and all the primary nurses in the NICU at the Health Sciences Centre for their warmth and compassion. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2007, at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children's Hospital Foundation, N.I.C.U. 8813, CD 501 - 840 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg, MB R3A 1S1, in memory of Sebastien.
