“Auntie” Helen was my godmother. I fondly remember her always. At my family Christmas gatherings for she Was one of the family. She would arrive to our house full of song and joy. She was a great role model of being an Independent woman far before her time. This is so far after the fact of her passing. But I never had gotten a chance to say how much she meant to me.
