Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Ray is responsible for my not becoming a statistic in the correctional system. I delivered his newspaper the Tribune when I was 13 in 1966 when he lived on DesMeurons. Later on he would show me that stealing was not cool and that it would get me into serious life trouble if I didn't change my ways. I owe Ray a debt of gratitude for keeping me out of jail when I easily could have gone the wrong way. - Posted by: Roger Joseph Richard Fontaine (Student) on: Jul 20, 2018

  • My thoughts are with you today. I have so many fond memories of Mr Gariepy from the years he played baseball with my father to the great year we had as a 14 year old baseball team all because of his dedication to making us great. He was an outstanding coach and motivator and I learned a lot about life from him that year. He will always be one of my favorite people. - Posted by: Gerry Brisson Jr. (Friend) on: Dec 13, 2007

  • Irene & family, we were shocked and saddened to hear of Ray's death, we had no idea he was so ill. The last we had heard was that he was at the gym! Needless to say we are so sorry. Our prayers are with you all, now he has no pain. Jim & Cynthia - Posted by: James Slevin (Friend) on: Dec 12, 2007
