BRENDA ANN BROWN June 20, 1953 December 9, 2007 It is with much sadness and heartache that we announce that Brenda gained her angel wings and passed into heaven on Sunday, December 09, 2007. She fought a valiant battle for life following a heart attack in 2002. She is loved and will be missed by her husband Jim; son Kevin and daughter Kelly. She is survived by her loving parents, Maurice and Audrey Gerelus; her sister Rita (Robert); nephews David and Dean and many friends and relatives. Brenda was born and lived her life in Winnipeg, Manitoba where she made true friends (Debby, Donna and Barb) who were with her until the end. After marrying Jim in 1975, she worked full time until the children came; at which point she chose to be a stay at home mom and raise her children. In keeping with Brenda's wishes cremation has occurred and a celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, December 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd., Winnipeg, Manitoba. The family would like to say a special thank you to all our angels at Riverview 2-West. Too many to name and you know who you are; thanks for your care, compassion and love to Brenda and the family.
