MANUEL REIS With great sadness we announce the passing of Manuel Reis, husband, father, and grandfather on December 18, 2007 with family by his side, at the Health Sciences Centre, at the age of 68. He leaves to cherish his memory the love of his life, Leonor, of 44 years. Also left to mourn his only son Antonio and wife Nelia, granddaughters, Brittany, Chelsea, and Courtney, and sisters Luisa, Maria dos Anjos, and brother Antonio He was born Fajao de Baixo, Sao Miguel; Acores. He immigrated to Bermuda in 1966 then to Winnipeg in 1974 with his family. He worked in construction as a cement finisher until his retirement. He was a hard worker, was very kind, honest, and always put others needs before his own. There was nothing he would not do for his grand daughters; they were his pride and joy. You were always there when we needed you No task too great or small With a loving heart and a willing hand For us you did them all. Thanks for the years you gave us, And for the precious times we shared, We only pray when you left us You knew how much we cared. You will always be in our hearts and never forgotten. We Love You Dar Senhor o Eterno Descanso In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation in Manuel's Memory. Prayers will held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. north with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 22 also at the church with Rev.
