JOHN G. HIEBERT 1917 2007 On Thursday, December 20, 2007 at his residence in Morden, MB, John G. Hiebert aged 90 years passed away. Mr. Hiebert was a well-known businessman in Morden and owner of Thornview Grocery until his retirement in 1982. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife Mary (nee Scott); her daughter Doreen and Rob Halle of Ajax, ON (Marc, Matt); her son Ed Ellison of Edmonton, AB as well as four sisters and two brothers. He was predeceased by two sisters, three brothers and two brothers in infancy. Viewing will be from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, 1050 Thornhill St. in Morden. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul's United Church, 353 Thornhill St. in Morden with Wendy Rankin officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Cemetery.
