JOSEPHAT ADELARD VINCENT May 25, 1918 December 24, 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Josephat Vincent at the age of 89, after a lengthy illness at the Pine Falls Hospital. He also leaves behind 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. He was predeceased by his parents and grandson Kevin Poitras and three brothers, Edgar, Hector and Aimie. Leaving to cherish his memory are six remaining, his brother and five sisters. Josephat was born in St.George, Manitoba of a family of 15 children. He resided in St. George all his life and worked for the Abitibi Paper Company until his retirement in 1980. He spent many years farming in Stead, Manitoba. He was a very loving and giving man. Josephat's passion in life were to hear the laughter of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren and also time shared with family and friends.
