Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCRISENCIANO TOBES CALITIS (1941 - 2007) With great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Crisenciano Tobes Calitis on December 21, 2007, at the age of 66. To cherish his memory, he leaves behind his loving wife of 35 years, Estelita, his daughter Catherine Williams and husband Ryan of Nassau, Bahamas, and daughter Caroline Beaudoin and husband Spencer of Winnipeg. He also leaves behind his treasured granddaughter Tayea Malaya Beaudoin, whom he adored very much. He was predeceased by his parents Valeriano and Juana Calitis, sister Ising and brother Wenceslao. He is survived by his sister Corazon (Ric), brother Jose (Avelina) and sister Luz (Feliciano); nieces and nephews, Julie (Jay-Ar), Christy (Rudy), Jon, Elvie (Gudeng), Cita (Jerry), Lolita (Rey), Domeng, Marie (Armand), Susan (Eric), Teody, Edwin (Arlene), Dandy, Mary Jane, Rey, Joevert, Larry, Jayson, Lerma, Perly, Jennie, Freddie, Donald, Eric, Lian, and Leandro. He also leaves behind extended family and friends, brother-in-law Pablito and wife Teresita, sister-in-law Gloria and husband Tomas, and sister-in-law Maxima and husband Ernesto, as well as nieces and nephews, Liberty, Edgar, Jhay, Alma, Mildred, Ace, Neil, Leslie, Melanie, Ritchie, April, Dabbie, Quang, Shirley, Cheryl, Charlene, Richard, Marlon, Jonna, Jason, Adelfa, Nina, Justin, Matthew, Devon, Marcus, Myles, Ashley, Aedyn, and Nevaeh. A special thanks to those that were also by his side, Mercy and Gudeng, Auring and Mario, Lucy and Pempe, Perly and Bebot, Josie and Rudy, Gil, Esther, Lando, Boyet, Elvie, Lito, Cora, Beth, Evelyn, Aling, Kevin and Lloyd. He will also be missed by numerous other relatives and friends throughout Canada, the United States and the Philippines. The family would like to express their appreciation to Dr. Maksymiuk and the staff of Cancer Care Manitoba as well as to convey their sincere gratitude to the medical and nursing staff at the Health Sciences Centre, especially Dr. Lipschitz, Dr. Johnson, and Dr. Pauls, for their exemplary care and kindness during his courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Lamay (viewing) will be held on Thursday, December 27 and Friday, December 28 at Glen Eden, 4477 Main Street from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 29 at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 748 Keewatin Street at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery, Msgr. E. Samson officiating.
