Ignace was born on July 14, 1945 in Grandview, Manitoba and was brought up and raised in Shortdale, Manitoba. Moving to Winnipeg as a young man, and completing his Business Degree, he dedicated 26 years to Manitoba Health Services Commission. Ignace had many passions in life. His biggest passion was his family, but most importantly was his grandchildren, who brought much love and laughter into his life. Amongst that, he enjoyed gardening, traveling, cooking, fishing, curling, and devoting his spare time to the community. He could accomplish anything that he put his mind to.
