MARY ANDERSON (MRS. A.) Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by her family, Mary, mother and grandmother passed away at age 80 years on Sunday, December 23, 2007. Predeceased by her loving husband Phil, and her parents Anastazia and Alexander Moroz. She leaves to mourn her daughters Linda Williams and Merry-Jane Anderson, granddaughter Julie Williams (Marty). Her sisters Kathy Stackiw and Irene Hroma and brother Tom Moroz, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and generosity of spirit to family and friends were her gifts to us. We are so grateful for all the beautiful memories she has left us with. Mary will be missed by all who knew her. Mary worked for over 30 years for law firms in Winnipeg. Her longest association was with the firm of Norton, Schwartz, Weinberg. She trained many people including her daughter Linda and many friends. She was an original member of the Legal Secretary's Association of Winnipeg. In her retirement years she was on the executive of the Seniors Achievers Club of Winnipeg. Mary also cared for Minnie , her sister-in-law for over 40 years. The family wishes to thank Dr. M. Miller for caring for our mother for the many years of her life. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place with interment at a later date. A memorial service to celebrate her life will take place Sunday, January 6 at 2:00 p.m. at Crescent Fort Rouge Church, 525 Wardlaw Avenue at Nassau St. with Rev. Irene Greenwood officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald Street in Winnipeg. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
