Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHIRLEY BERGERON (nee LAPOINTE) December 11, 1933 - December 31, 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Shirley Bergeron. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents Wilfred and Dorothy Lapointe and brother Donald Lapointe. She is survived by her loving husband, Leo and their children Renald (Marcelle), Linda Dupuis (Claude), Doris, Norman (Denise), Roger (Shamille Brown). Granny will also be greatly missed by her grandchildren Monique and Patrick Dupuis and Daniel Beeson-Bergeron and great-grandchild Wesley Dupuis. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Bunny (Jack Roussel), Monica Lapointe, Nancy Mudge and brother Sherman Lapointe (Gisele) and numerous nieces and nephews. Also in-laws Yvonne and Andy Salter, Simone Brier, Therese and Alex Vielfaure, Juliette and Gerry Des Lauriers, Lucien and Florence Bergeron, Alice Bergeron, Liz Bergeron and Nancy Bergeron. We appreciate the compassion and care she received from the doctors and nurses during her hospital stays at the Portage District General Hospital also thanks to all her home care providers. With respect for her wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the Haywood Roman Catholic Church on Friday, January 4, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., Recitation of the Rosary at 1:30 p.m. with Father Célestin Malengu Mubaya officiating. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the Cancer Society. Adam's Funeral Home of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba in care of arrangements.
