Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHAROLD GORDON With great sadness, we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and grandfather on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 86 years. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Evelyn; children, Bill (Tannis), Janet (Lawrence), Ken (Susan), grandchildren, Chad, Kristi (Dan), Daniel, Spencer and Emma, and great-grandson Christian. He was born on July 6, 1921 in Winnipeg. He served with the RCAF during the Second World War, assigned to the 410 Squadron stationed in Leeds, England. Harold enjoyed many years of camping and annual trips to Hawaii. He worked at Brink's Armored Security for 32 years. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial will be held. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). The family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital for the compassionate care they provided for Harold. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
