Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALICE PACKULAK May 1, 1922 - January 2, 2008 With deepest sorrow, the family of Alice Packulak announces her passing on January 2, 2008, at the Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital. Alice's life will continue to be honoured by her daughter Alva; grandson Mark and granddaughter Keri. Alice is also survived by sisters Anne Husak, Annette Lubin, Olga Burdeny and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Alice was predeceased by her parents Michael and Mary Plesiuk, husband Ivan; brothers John and Peter Plesiuk. Alice leaves behind a legacy of generosity, selflessness and love. Hers was a long, full and complete life. Many thanks to everyone who participated in her life. Her family is forever grateful. Special gratitude to each and every caregiver while in hospital and at home. Memorial service will be held on Monday, January 7 at 1:00 p.m. at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Alice may be directed to Teulon Hunter Memorial Hospital Foundation. MacKenzie Funeral Home, Teulon in care of arrangements.
