MARGARET JEAN SPENCER April 16, 1927 - January 3, 2008 Margaret Jean Spencer passed on to join her husband Peter, surrounded by those who loved her at the age of 80. She leaves lasting memories with all those who knew her. Her daughters, Karen, Kathyrn (Denis) and Kim (Harald); grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Ashley, Joshua, Rebecca and Cole; great-grandchildren, Jack and Justice; extended family Anna-Jo and Rob, as well as numerous sisters, her brother, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family would like to thank all the nurses at Leduc Hospital, Unit 31 and to Dr. Whittaker for their exceptional love and care given to mom. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Howard McBride Westlawn (16310 Stony Plain Rd.). Donations in Margaret's memory can be made to the Capital Health Palliative Care Program (#402, 10216-124 Street, Edmonton, AB T5N 4A3).
