Joanne was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on July 14, 1979. She was adopted along with her brother Louis at the age of three years. She grew up in Morden, Manitoba. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memory her four children; adoptive parents; birth mother; four adoptive siblings and one brother; grandparents as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, foster families and friends. To lose a sister your childhood friend Questions without answers A numbness, an anger a sorrow Tears of loss, regret and of pain She walks a path you cannot follow Her burden you cannot bear A time to grieve, weep and remember To think of what might have been Childhood memories to cherish A loss of two lives to mourn Just remember God's arms are holding An unborn child, a lovely little girl Christmas 2007 was a blessing...a goodbye Dobchuk Funeral Home in care of arrangements McCreary, Manitoba Telephone (204) 835-2004

To Joanne's family, We are deeply sorry for your loss. We met Joanne about three years ago in Victoria, BC. She lived with us off and on for about a year. I am very sorry that we didn't get the chance to talk to her when she called us over the holidays and on New Year's Eve. She will always have a place in our hearts and minds. Our deepest sympathies, Jaime and George Kennedy - Posted by: Jaime Kennedy (Friend) on: Jan 09, 2008
