JOHN (IWAN) KOHUT Suddenly on Friday, January 4, 2008, John passed away at Concordia Hospital. John will be lovingly remembered by his wife Pauline; children, Richard and Sylvia; stepchildren, Frank (Elaine) Kotalo, Brian (Cindy) Kotalo and Aldeline (Bernie) Ewasko; numerous grandchildren, brothers, Mike (Olga) and Alex (Kay), sister Lena (Marcel) Pawlitski as well as numerous nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his twin infant sister, parents, Samual and Aksana, sister Mary Mickleboro (Doug) and brother Nick. John worked for Westroc Industries for over forty years. He was an avid bingo player even traveling to the States to play. Prayers will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Sts Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, 390 Marion St. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 11, 2008 also at church. Interment will follow in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the MB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
