CECIL GEORGE LEWARS With deepest sorrow, the family of Cecil Lewars announces his passing on January 2, 2008 at the Deer Lodge Centre, Winnipeg. Cecil's life will continue to be remembered by his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, Maisie Lewars. He is also survived by his sisters, Hazel, Joyce, and Dorrett, two brothers, Vernal and Owen, nieces, nephews and extended family, brother-in-law George, sister-in-law, Rev. Veleta Farquharson, her husband Rev. M. Farquharson and friends. Cecil leaves a legacy of generosity and love. Many thanks to everyone who participated in his life. His family is forever grateful. Special gratitude to each and every caregiver while in hospital and at home. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the New Anointing Christian Fellowship Church, 1425 Manitoba Avenue. Viewing in the church one half hour prior to service.
