Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD ROY MCDONALD It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ronald Roy McDonald on January 3, 2008, peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 80 years. He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Edith, his three brothers Stanley, Alfred, Marlow, his two sisters Edith, and Phyllis; Ron's lifelong companion Margaret Cameron, where they spent the majority of their years together in Weston! They both had a great love for their pets. He is survived by his brother Alvin (Ab) and Pat. Remaining to forever cherish Ron's memory are Ron's children Brian and Ella, Wayne, Ron (Buckshot), Veralynne Cameron, all from Winnipeg, Marie and Jack, Wendy and Chip, William (Butch), Sandra, Sheila, all of Dryden, ON, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews. Ron worked with sheet metal until his retirement. Ron had many skills and talents from carpentry, small engine repairs, to motor mechanics. A celebration of Ron's life will be held Friday, January 11, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. in the Charleswood United Church, 4820 Roblin Blvd., with Reverend Michael Wilson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 0R3. LECLAIRE BROTHERS in care of arrangements. 775-2220.
