MARIANNE PETERS (nee PENNER) March 31, 1938 - January 9, 2008 Suddenly, quietly in her sleep, Marianne, aged 69, wife, mother and oma, left to live with her Lord. God's time and her time finally coincided. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Henry, daughter Shirley, grandchildren Ben, Rebekah, Josiah and Aaron Brubacher; son Randy, wife Dawn, grandchildren Brooke and Mason Peters; son Eric, wife Janet, grand-children Raya and Jaelyn Peters. She will be fondly remembered by many extended family members and friends. Many thanks to all the doctors that have been a part of her medical care over the years. Special thanks to the palliative care staff on 3 east at Riverview Health Centre who cared for her in her final weeks. Funeral will be held Monday, January 14, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch Street, with interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
