HAROLD JOHN MAHER June 8, 1939 - January 9, 2008 Harold Maher of Sherwood Park, Alberta passed away at the age of 68. Harold was born in Saint John, New Brunswick to Harold Edward and Madeline Sarah (nee Comeau). Harold is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Jeannette (nee Cote); children, Micheal (Cindy), Christine Legiehn (Tim Wiens), Bruce (Hae-Jin), and Gary (Kim) Reed; grandchildren, Logan, Brandi, James, Samantha, Brenden, Siobhan, Josun and Gina; as well as two great-grandsons, Noah and Owen. He is also survived by sisters, Phyllis Donkin, June (Jimmy) Dobson and Gloria Baird; two brothers, Bobby and Gary (Debbie), as well as many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, Harry Comeau, Basil and Burt; sister, Stenna; and brother-in-law, Jack Donkin. A celebration of Harold's life will be held on Monday, January 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. at Glenwood Funeral Home, south of Wye Road on Range Road 232 in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
