VICTORIA (VICKI) WARNER With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Victoria (Vicki) Warner on Friday, January 4, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 84 years. Remaining to forever cherish Vicki's memory are her only daughter, Cindy, and son-in-law Stuart Murison. She was predeceased by her beloved husband James Warner. Vicki was self employed as owner of the Academy of Modelling and Self Improvement, and for many years was the hostess at the Norwood Hotel where many new friends were met. Mom enjoyed watching baseball, especially the Blue Jays, wrestling, and playing the occasional VLT at the St. Vital Legion. Vicki's dogs and cats were special to her; always somebody on the bed, or waiting to be fed. Mom was truly an exceptional woman. She was always the one guiding and teaching. Her sound advice will forever be missed. In compliance with Vicki's wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A special thank you to the WRHA Palliative Care Team. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Vicki's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3T 0R3. Mom is now safe at home with us. Miss you so much.
