ANNIE MAY MASON Passed away peacefully at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre with her son at her side on January 14, 2008 at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her parents Teddy and Dolly Foster; sister Evelyn Gifkins and loving husband of 60 plus years, Donald P. Mason. Left to mourn her passing is her one and only son Donald E. Mason; grandchildren, Kelly (Trina) and their children, Shazie, Koel, Brittany, Cody and their unborn child; Kevin (Julie) and their daughter Reese; Hayley Leggitt-Crook; and Chris Mason. Annie May was an active member of the Eastern Star until they moved to Regina, to date, she still received newsletters. She was an active bowler, bowling twice a week. She loved going to the lake to spend time with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her love of her flower beds. The family would like to thank the staff at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for the care, compassion and friendship shown to Annie May and our family during her illness. A funeral service will be held at Regina Funeral Home, Hwy. #1 East, Regina, SK on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Annie May can be made to the Order of the Eastern Star, 52 - 525 Cathcart Street, Winnipeg, MB R3R 0S6, Salvation Army, 2240 13th Avenue, Regina, SK S4P 3M7 or the Wascana Rehabilitation Center, 2180 - 23 Avenue, Regina, SK S4S 0A5.
