FRANCIS CHARLES KEEN Suddenly on January 12, 2008, at age 57, Frank left to be with his Lord. Frank trusted God and that it was God's time. He was predeceased by his father Frank, mother Elizabeth, brother Kasper, brother-in-law Orest and father-in-law Bill Graham. Frank will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 36 years Peggy; his sons, Francis (Shelli), Nathan, and Tyrone (Celine); granddaughters, Elizabeth, Paige and Kyla; siblings, Jerry, George (Gloria), Peter (Clorissa), Bunny (Janine), Margaret, Pauline (Chas), Gloria (Paul), mother-in-law Eva; brothers-in-law, Russel (Bernice), Ron (Susan), sisters-in-law, Pat (Ken), Wendy and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Frank was born January 25, 1950 and lived his life in St. Vital surrounded by family and friends. He spent many hours in hockey rinks and on soccer fields where he enjoyed watching his sons and coaching. Oh! And yes, he liked golf a little too. His love of people took him into sales, which he did in some form all his life. In August 1990 he found the Lord and He guided Frank down a new path. Frank's thirst for God's word took him to Jeremiah verse 11 and His plans led Frank to share his love at the Winnipeg Healing Room, Intercessors of Winnipeg, Prayers for Pastors, The Alpha Program, Love Winnipeg, Bridges for Peace and to anyone who needed a compassionate ear. A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 18, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in Willow Lake Baptist Church, 45 Willow Lake Crescent in Southdale. The family is thankful for all the love and support their Mom and Dad received during Dad's illness. Special thanks to the staff of 5B at St. Boniface Hospital and 4th floor staff, Victoria Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank's memory to Bridges for Peace or a charity of your choice. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E.J. COUTU CO.
