MARTHA LEVESQUE / PAPP (nee DELORME) Peacefully, with family at her side, Martha passed away at Foyer Valade on Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at the age of 93 years. Martha is lovingly remembered by her children Alice (Gordon) Whalen, Armand (Patricia) Levesque, 17 grandchildren, 23 great- grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Theodore Levesque, her second husband Frank Papp, her two sons Lionel and Armel, one great- granddaughter, brothers and sisters. Martha worked in the nursery at the Misericordia Hospital for many years. Dancing was something she always enjoyed doing. Martha was very proud of her family and took great pride in her many grandchildren, especially the little ones. Family would like to thank the staff at the Foyer Valade for their care and compassion over the years. Viewing will be held on Friday, January 18, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, January 19, at 11:00 a.m. also at Desjardins Funeral Chapel. Interment will take place at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens.
