George was the beloved husband of Mary (nee Malenko) for 67 years; loving father of William Kutzak (Phyllis), Nancy Hutchinson, Norma McCrea (Frank); honoured grandfather of Stacey (David) and Kyle Kutzak; cherished brother of William (Lillian), Nick (Joyce), Dorothy (Gordon), Lillian (Bill), Katie (Myron); uncle and friend to many. He was predeceased by his parents Theodore and Sophia Kutzak and two sisters Mary and Jean. We will miss his gentle spirit, strength and humour. Now we celebrate his life. Family, friends, country life and music were his joys. Loved and respected by all who met him. George's funeral services will be held on Friday, January 18 at 10:30 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline St., Selkirk, with Fr. Oris Naherniak officiating. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of the HSC CCU and the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit for their excellent care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in George's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3L OL6. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.
