Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOPHIE BLACKNER Peacefully on January 17, 2008 Sophie passed away at the Grace Hospital. Sophie is survived by her loving daughter Theresa. Sophie was Mum to many especially Adele and Rick. She is also survived by her dog Maggie. She was predeceased by her husband Tony. Sophie was born in Zloczow, Poland and came to Canada in 1950. She was one of the first women to work in the car upholstery trade. Sophie liked to play bingo and was a great cook. She loved to play mum to all. The family would like to thank the staff on 5N Unit 2 at Grace Hospital for their care and compassion. Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, January 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sophie's memory to the Winnipeg Humane Society or to a charity of your choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
