Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEMERANCE CHAMMARTIN On January 16, 2008, God looked down, cradled you in loving arms and swept you away to your eternal home. Free from pain and from sorrow, you now can sing and dance in a new tomorrow. Emerance leaves to mourn, her loving and attentive husband of 57 years, André; her eldest son, Richard; her twin daughters, Gloria and Patricia (Theresa); her youngest son, Michel (Tammy); seven grandchildren, Ricky (Cheryl), Kevin, Leah, Christopher (Kerry), Cass, Aimée and Noah; five great grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica, Emma, Bailee and Isaiah, and her sisters, Irène, Thèrése, Emma and Marina. She was predeceased by her sister, Martha and her brothers, Léon and Antoine. You were an awesome cook, everything you made tasted so great! Being an exbartender, you sure knew how to make one heck of a drink! Your thumbs were green ; plants blossomed under your touch. You knew how to make all things clean, even the toughest of spots. You were a perfectionist at heart; you loved all things in their place. Forever the peace maker; you sowed harmony and love wherever you walked. As a nursing assistant at Taché Centre, you served your residents with great compassion. Everything you did, you did it well and took great pride no matter how small the task. Your fortitude, your patience and your unconditional love will forever be treasured. Your husband and your family meant everything to you, and you in turn, meant everything to us. We shall not mourn you with heavy hearts, for we know you are at last free, gracefully dancing with the angels on high. Like a candle burning bright, we hold you in our hearts and our love for you will never die. Goodnight, God bless, And may angels' wings Brush us with God's delight. A special thank you to all the staff at Taché Centre for your kindness, your patience, for the great care you have given to our mom, grandmother and wife. Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2008 at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Rd. Interment will take place at a later date in Green Acres Cemetery.
