Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELEN IRENE BREUER (nee WALKO) July 14, 1942 January 19, 2008 It is with great sorrow that we express the sudden passing of our beloved mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. She passed suddenly, yet peacefully, in the early hours of January 19, 2008 at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is survived by her loving husband Theodore Breuer, daughter Rosanna (Strong) and her husband Gary Strong, her daughter Kimberley (Boothe) and her husband Brian Boothe, and granddaughters Claire and Heather Boothe, and sister Mary (Swidinsky), her husband Anthony Swidinsky, nephew Richard Swidinsky and wife Carrielynn (Swidinsky), and niece Katherine (Watson), and her husband Brian Watson. Helen was a faithful member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church and we would like to express our thanks to Fr. Phil Daley for all of his loving and spiritual support to Helen and our family in our time of need. Additionally, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff of Cancer Care Manitoba Breast Health Centre, Fr. Gerry Ward, Spiritual Director, St. Boniface Hospital, and staff of the MICU at the St. Boniface Hospital. All of your time, attention, care, and concern were overwhelming to our family. Thank You The loving support from all of our extended family and friends has been overwhelming and our thanks seem so small with respect to all of your efforts. Thank you. A Celebration of Life mass will be held on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 135 John Forsyth Rd., Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, please commit your donations in Helen's memory to, The Rainbow Society, 303-1 Wesley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4C6. The Legacy When I die, give what is left of me to children. If you need to cry, cry for your brothers walking beside you. Put your arms around anyone and give them what you need to give to me. I want to leave you with something, something better than words or sounds. Look for me in the people I have known and loved. And if you cannot live without me, then let me Live on in your eyes, your mind and your acts of kindness. You can love me most by letting hands touch hands And letting go of children that need to be free. Love does not die, people do.
