Several days before Ann left us she was surrounded by family members and friends who shared their memories of Ann. Ann is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Maryann Zabolotny (Clarence), grandson Shawn, granddaughter Shannon, great-granddaughter Shaylynne; siblings, Helen Harder, Kerry Falk, John Harder (Lorraine), Ben Harder (Pearl), Ruth Peters (Cornis), Mary Blanchard (Raymond), Sadie Peters (Bill), Dorothy Klassen (Peter), Elizabeth Gemmill, Margaret Hancock and Susan Chuchmuch, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Mom was the type of woman who was always busy doing things for family and friends. She was a great care giver. She was our energy bunny. Among all the jobs Ann had, working at Broadway Pharmacy was the most fulfilling. Ann was a long time volunteer at the Grace Hospital, as well as for the 1999 Pan Am Games. Ann's family extends their heartfelt thanks to their extended family at Calvary Place for their exceptional care. A memorial service will take place on Friday, February 1 at Neil Bardal Inc, 984 Portage Avenue (Aubrey Street entrance) at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made to Calvary Place, 1325 Erin Street, Winnipeg, MB R3E 3R6 or the Grace General Hospital Foundation, 300 Booth Drive, Winnipeg, MB R3J 3M7. I was thinking about Ann today (November 26, 2023). I worked as a pharmacist at Broadway Pharmacy when Ann worked at the front counter. I will always remember her energy, her smile, and her good heart. We shared many wonderful times together. Rest in peace Ann knowing that people still think of you. - Posted by: Ric Procyshyn (Coworker) on: Nov 26, 2023
