Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCLARE WOODROW CALE On Monday, January 28, 2008, Clare died at Concordia Place at the age of 88 years. Clare was born on February 25, 1919 in Antler, Saskatchewan. He was predeceased by his father John (Hooper ) on October 31, 1945 in Antler, SK and his mother Ida Mabel (nee Veale) on November 14, 1951 in Antler, SK. Clare was also predeceased by his eight brothers and two sisters. Moving to Alexander, Manitoba in 1958 he lived with his brother Edwin and family until he bought his own farm. It was here that Clare raised cattle, did haying, and curling. At Clare's request no formal funeral service will be held. A support gathering for family and friends will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations made in Clare's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
