Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVE COULTER (nee CLIFFORD) On Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Extendicare Oakview Place, Olive Pearl Coulter passed away at age 91 years. Born at Balmoral, Manitoba on January 10, 1917, Olive was the youngest of nine children born to William and Annie Clifford, pioneer family of the district. Olive worked in Winnipeg and in 1947 she married George Coulter. An active outdoor life brought them many happy times. Nature's beauty of flowers and trees captivated Olive, as did her love of animals. Gardening and beautiful needlework also filled her days. Predeceased by her husband George Coulter, her parents William and Annie Clifford, brothers William, Cecil, Joseph, Ewart, and sisters Rhoda (Pulfer), Gladys, Greta, Vera (Mol), she will be lovingly remembered by numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the wonderful staff on the 3rd floor of Oakview who were so helpful and kind to Olive throughout her years there. Bless you all. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 4, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Balmoral United Church, Balmoral, MB. Rev. Patricia Baker will officiate. Interment will follow in the Victoria Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to Extendicare Oakview Place at 2395 Ness Ave., Winnipeg - or a charity of one's choice. Mackenzie Funeral Home, Stonewall is in care of the arrangements.
