Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPETER KOZAK July 5, 1915 - January 31, 2008 It is with deep sadness the family announces the peaceful passing of Peter Kozak on January 31, 2008 at the Vita Personal Care Home at the age of 92. He is survived by his wife Verna; son Bill (Kathy), daughter Doris (Leo), son Peter (Lelia); grandsons Michael (Corinna) and John (Christine); great-grandson Nash, and their families. He is also survived by his sisters, Mary, Nettie, Olga and Pauline. He was predeceased by his son Nestor on January 24, 2008. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, (today) February 2 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St., with Rev. Dr. G. Zubacz officiating. Interment will follow in Tolstoi, Manitoba. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter's memory to Tolstoi Ukrainian Catholic Sacred Heart Cemetery Fund, Box 92, Tolstoi, Manitoba R0A 2E0 or a charity of one's choice.
