WILHELMINA THERESA OTT 1914 - 2008 Wilhelmina (Will) passed away peacefully at Concordia Hospital on January 31, 2008. She was the last surviving member of the Philip and Elizabeth (Adam) Ott family. She was born in Canora, SK. On February 9, 1914 and lived in Saskatchewan until the age of 6. The family moved to Glenella, MB, in 1920 and later on to Winnipeg in 1925 where she spent the rest of her life. She began working in the sewing industry at the age of 16. Her first job was at Ladie's Kraft and later on, she worked at Eatons. She became an assistant manager in a sports store before she retired. She was predeceased by her parents, brothers, Jacob, Fred, Sidney, Karl, Eitel, Ernest and Albert; and sisters, Juliana Schmidtke, Mary Ott and Gertrude Elliott and nieces, Florence Ott and Lorraine Dunlop. She is survived by six nephews and eleven nieces and their families. Funeral services will be held at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4, 2008.
