LLOYD F. (JOHN) PARKINSON Lloyd F. (John) Parkinson of Shoal Lake, MB passed away at his residence in Shoal Lake on Friday, February 1, 2008 at the age of 80 years. John is survived by his sons; Vern and wife Peggy of Victoria, BC, John and partner Barbara of Winnipeg, Eldon and wife Rachel of Winnipeg, daughter-in-law Deborah Parkinson of Timmons, ON, six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, brother Arthur Parkinson of Birch River, MB, sister Olive (Gordon) Dyer of Swan River, MB The funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from the Westminster United Church, Shoal Lake with Rev. Heather Robbins officiating. A private family interment will follow at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, CancerCare Manitoba or the Shoal Lake Strathclair Health Centre.
