ANNE JAKUBEC (nee RUDNICKI) December 14, 1915 - February 1, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, great-grandmother at the Holy Family Nursing Home at 92 years of age. Anne was predeceased by her husband Jacob, sons, Michael and Greg, brother John, sister Sally, stepsisters Stella and Mildred. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Diana (Bill) Baran, five grandsons, Howard and Darrell (Mariam) Baran, Mitch (Lee), Cory (Elizabeth) and Chris (Katie) Jakubec. Five great-grandchildren, Miranda, Hannah, Esabella, Toni and Michael, daughters-in-law Connie (Al) and Pam, extended family members and friends. On Wednesday, February 6, 2008 a private intimate service of shared memories was held by her immediate family and according to her wishes a traditional burial in the family plot at Brookside Cemetery. The family expresses sincere gratitude to all the compassionate caregivers at the Holy Family Nursing Home 2A. Flowers gratefully declined. If you wish, donations may be made in Anne's memory to the charity of your choice.
