Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIETRICH WARKENTIN July 3, 1933 February 13, 2008 After a long, full and happy life, Dietrich Warkentin passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on February 13, 2008 at the age of 74. He will be missed by his wife, Susan, his children, Linda and Cameron Funk and Heidi and Matthew Thiessen, his granddaughter Addison Funk, his mother-in-law Mary Rempel, and a large extended family. He will be remembered for his love of music, love of family, sense of humour, and willingness to try anything, despite being confined to a wheelchair for most of his life. The funeral will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. at Douglas Mennonite Church, 1517 Rothesay St., Winnipeg.
