ARCHIBALD (ARCHIE) PATTERSON MCDONALD It is with deep sorrow, that we announce the passing of our loving Dad, Archie, who left this world peacefully with his family by his side on February 14, 2008 at the age of 68. Archie was predeceased by his parents, Archibald and Mollie and his only sibling, Ken. In 2003, he lost his loving wife, Edna, whom he shared life and love with for over 35 years. Dad leaves behind his eight children: Gerry, Larry, Lori, Ray, Stephen (Tracey), Kimberly (Lorne), Kevin, and Scott (Jade). He will also be dearly remembered by his ten grandchildren, Cory, Neil, Christine, Victor, Diana, Teaghan, Toni, Austin, Ryleah, and Jarod. He will be missed by many, including Cindy Smith and his dear friend, Trudy Naylor. Vigil Prayers will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 18 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 355 Andrews Street at Mountain Avenue on Tuesday, February 19 at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery.
