WARREN ROSS BROWN 1954 2008 Suddenly Warren Ross Brown passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 54 years on Friday, February 8, 2008. He is survived by his mother Arvilla, brother, Murray (Leona), niece Heather and nephew Christopher (Christine). He was predeceased by his father Roy in 2001. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Warren began his education at Queenston, River Heights Jr. High and Kelvin schools. After completing graduation, he attended the University of Winnipeg, graduating with a B.A. degree. He then spent the summer working with the R.C.M.P. summer program at Virden, Manitoba. His working years were with the Hudson Bay Company, Maple Leaf Mills, Cargill and the City of Winnipeg. He had been a member of the 67th Cubs and Scouts at St. Aiden's Anglican Church and was a member of St. Andrew's River Heights United Church. He was very interested in aeroplanes and obtained his private pilots license. He enjoyed the outdoors having camped and travelled with his family when he was young. When older he loved to fish and hunt with his friends. Special thanks to Dave Watkins and Andy Haines and others who were his friends over the years. He was also an avid football and hockey fan and attended every game if possible. Cremation has taken place and a family graveside service will be held at a later date. If friends so desire donations may be made to a charity of your choice. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200 nbardal.mb.ca
