HELENE FRANCOISE DAUPHINAIS Peacefully at Foyer Valade on February 17, 2008, at the age of 87 years, Hélène Françoise Dauphinais passed away. Hélène is lovingly remembered by her brother George and his extended family in Quebec. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Florence Dauphinais and her nieces and nephew, Louis, Monique, Jaqueline and Suzanne. Hélène was born and raised in St. Boniface and lived in Winnipeg for her entire life. She worked as an X-ray technician at St. Boniface Hospital for 40 years where she made many lifelong friends. Hélène enjoyed life to the fullest, traveling the globe and enjoying the finer things in life including dining out with friends and family. Hélène touched many lives and will be truly missed. Hélène's family would like to thank the staff at Foyer Valade for their excellent care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 DesMeurons Street, on Friday, February 22 at 2:30 p.m. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 45 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB R3T 9Z9.
