LOIS MAXWELL (GREXTON) Lois Maxwell (Grexton) (nee Crossley), aged 83 years, passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, on Wednesday, February 13, 2008. Lois is survived by her children, Maureen (Jack) Kinniburgh of Smithers, BC, Ian (Joan) of Grandview, Lyall (Lina) of Kelowna, BC, and Laurel (Doug) Lincoln of St. Andrews, MB; her sister-in-law Joan Crossley Yuill (Allan Yuill). There are 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Lois is also survived by her husband Lloyd, who she married in 1995, and his children, Garry, Mervin, Brian, Randy and Bonnie and their families. Lois was predeceased by her first husband, Floyd in 1991, her parents Watson and Ethel Crossley, sister Muriel Crossley and brother Elmer Crossley. The funeral service for Lois was held Monday, February 18, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. in the Grandview United Church with Reverend Steve Wilson officiating. Interment followed at Grandview Memorial Gardens. Memorial gifts to honour the life of Lois Maxwell (Grexton) may be made to the Senior's Park, Watson Crossley Community Museum or the Grandview United Church.
