Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY DZYDZ On Friday, February 22, 2008, at Red River Place, Selkirk, Mom passed away peacefully at the age of 84 years. Mom was born on July 7, 1923, in Hamrlik, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Katherine Marko, three brothers, Bill, Walter and Steve; infant sister Lily; and brother-in-law Nick Libitka. Mom leaves to mourn her four daughters, Diane Leochko (Robert), Elaine Foster (Albert), Evelyn Bakaluk (Mike Forsythe), June Bydak (Rob); twin sister Ann Libitka; brother Nick Marko (Jessie); grandchildren, Janet, Ryan, Crystal, Brendan, Jackie, Shawna, Trent, and Benjamin; great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Kolbie, Sadie, Riley, Hope, Austin, and MacKenzie. Mom spent many years on the farm in Arnes, where she enjoyed gardening. In winter she enjoyed her needlepoint. In 1997 Mom moved to the Arborg Sunrise Lodge and then she moved to Red River Place in Selkirk. Funeral service will be held in the Arborg (MacKenzie) Funeral Chapel on Thursday, February 28 at 11:00 a.m. The service will conclude at the chapel. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Manitoba Lung Association. The family would like to thank the staff at Red River Place for all the care you provided our Mother and Baba. Mom and Baba you will be dearly missed and forever remembered.
