MERVIN WESLEY MORRISSEAU April 9, 1959 - February 26, 2008 The greatest gift I ever had Came from God; I call him Dad. On February 26, 2008, with his children by his side, our dad Mervin peacefully left this world to be reunited with his sisters Darlene, Gina and Karen, and grandparents in heaven in the presence of Jesus our Lord and Savior. He will be lovingly remembered by his sons Jamie Jossens, and Grant Alexander (Dena), daughters Stephanie Lynn, Ashley Marie, Heather Alisa Jade, Hillary Joel, and Stacy Jasmin, grandchildren Isaiah, Marshall, Autumn, Jada, Aiden, Nicholas, Dorian and Yasmine, parents Fabian Morrisseau and Caroline Harry, brothers Alvin (Brenda), Lorne, Myles (Crystal), Darryl (Donna), and Jason (Kristen), sisters Pearl (Casey), Claudia, Sandra, and Gretta (Lloyd), many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Wake services to be held at Alvin Morrisseau's residence on the Fort Alexander Reserve starting Wednesday, February 27, 2008. Funeral services will be held at Fort Alexander Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, March 1, 2008, viewing at 1:00 p.m. and services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be in Parish cemetery. Pallbearers are Jamie Morrisseau, Grant Morrisseau, Alvin Morrisseau, Myles Morrisseau, Steve Courchene, and Errol Olsen. Russell's of Beausejour, Manitoba are in care of arrangements.
