FRANCES VERMANDER (nee BLAIN) Passed away peacefully in hospital, Perth, on Wednesday, February 27, 2008, in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Claude Doc. Loving mother of G. Ronald (Susan), Claudette (Gerald) Truelove and Bryan (Catherine). Cherished grandmother of Steven (Rosanna) and Linda Truelove and Karin Vermander (Dan Singleton) and Eric, Colin and Laura Vermander. Devoted great-grandmother of Alex and Brittany Truelove and Braeden and Claire Singleton. Frances will be fondly remembered by her sisters Juliette Nys and Aline Morin, her longtime friend Adeline MacIntosh and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore St. W., Perth, on Friday, February 29, 2008, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. at St. John's Church. Interment will take place at St. John's Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
