Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANICETA (ANNIE) BETONIO Peacefully on March 5, 2008 at the St. Boniface Hospital, with family by her side, Aniceta (Annie) Betonio passed away at the age of 80 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Victoria; Lucila (Junior); Edna (Ruel); Georgie; and Carlos (Sally). Also left to cherish her memory are her 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Annie was predeceased by her husband (Eulogio); daughters (Anita and Irene); son (Val); granddaughter (Gigi); parents (Alberto and Eugenia); and sons-in-law (Boy and Nes). Annie came to Canada in December 1997 and spent most of her time playing Mahjong and cards with her loving best friend, barkada balae Suning (Sonya). She also loved to watch wrestling shows. Annie was a very unassuming, loving, caring, and quiet person. Visitation will be on Thursday, March 13 at 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in Thomson In the Park Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, March 14 at 10:30 a.m. in St. Vital Parish, 1629 Pembina Highway with Fr. Morand presiding. Active pallbearers will be Ruel Agapito, Eduel Agapito, Jeffrey Agapito, Rowena Krentz, Carlos Betonio, Bert Redublo, Bryan Boyle and Ryan Epp. The family would like to thank Aniceta's Adopted families ; tong-its and Mahjong groups, the St. Boniface Staff; Balae's health care ladies; her friends and families in the Philippines and in Canada and also her sisters-in-law.
