KENNETH M. SUFFRON March 8, 2007 K, the ghosts of regret did not return today to mark the first anniversary of your death. There is no struggle to hide from your memory. Yesterday I prepared for a backward slide into confusion, anger and guilt. Today I prepare to celebrate the twenty eight years of companionship and love we shared. When you were here to greet me each morning, your presence was warmly welcomed. Together we ushered in the day. Now only the warmth of your memory remains to greet my day's beginning and end. You gave me purpose and are forever loved and painfully missed - your wife Nadine. Your children, Ashleigh, Ryland (Natalie) and your beautiful granddaughter you never got to meet, Sophie Danielle.
