Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUDREY CATHERINE MASTERS ( nee JONES ) April 23 1930 ~ March 9 2008 It is with deepest sorrow that the family announces the passing of Audrey Catherine Masters, on Sunday, March 9, 2008 at the Park Manor Personal Care Home. Left to cherish her memory is step-son Robert and wife Pyrma and their children, Duane and Laura; step-son Brian and wife Judy and their children, Kimberley, Ryan and Shane; son Derek and wife Suzette and their children, Devin, Jason and Reena; son Blair, son Brent and wife Cheryl and their children, Rachelle, Nicole, and Jared; also a daughter Corinne and her husband Robert Pache and their children, Robbie, Nicole, Chris, Justin and Kyle; a loving sister, Irene and a brother Robert; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends. Audrey was predeceased by her beloved husband George, both parents, siblings Harry, Fred, Dave, Edith and Edna; also a step-grandson, Jonathon. Audrey was a loving wife, caring Mother and a wonderful Grandmother. She loved to spend time with family and friends, but her most cherished moments were the ones spent with her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family would like to thank Park Manor Personal Care Home for the care and compassion that was given to Audrey. As per Audrey's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial service is planned for Friday, March 28, 2008, at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day Street with private interment to be held at a later date. Further information to be provided at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a donation to The Heart and Stroke Foundation may be made in memory of Audrey. Rest In Peace Dear Grandma. I will always cherish the memories of helping to care for and teach Grandma while she was recovering after having some health problems. It's unfortunate she passed so quickly after her great-grandson Colten was born as she never had the chance to meet him. I may have been left out of her obituary but I wasn't left out of her heart.
