CALVIN BEAUCHAMP Surrounded by his loving family, Cal Beauchamp passed away peacefully on March 14, 2008 at Stonewall Hospital at the age of 73. Predeceased by his parents, Bill and Liz, his sister Irene; brothers, Raymond, Herb, Jack; brothers-in-law Neil and Doc. Cal will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife of 47 years Helen; his children Craig (Kim), Jim (Laura), and Brenda; as well as grandchildren, Alana (Shaun), Kristin, Jeremy, Brandi, Travis, David and great-grandchildren, Emily, Haleyna and Logan. Cal is also survived by his brother Ken (Rhoda); sister Shirley and in-laws Joan, Gwen, Vera, Marlene (Bob), Ken (Sylvia) and many nieces, nephews and friends. Cal was born on February 19, 1935 in Woodlands, MB, where he spent his entire life enjoying many activities, including sports, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. After retiring from the vacuum sales and repair business much of his time was spent with his wife and friends camping and fishing at the Fairford River. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. at the Woodlands Community Hall, Woodlands, MB. The family would like to thank the Doctors, nurses and staff at CancerCare Manitoba, with a special thank-you to the Doctors, nurses and staff at the Stonewall Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations in Dad's memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or Southwest District Palliative Care Inc, Box 1282, Stonewall, MB, R0C 2Z0.
