KATHLEEN (KATHY) EDITH DELORME (nee GREY) It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Kathleen, who passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 16, 2008 at the Riverview Health Centre at the age of 85 years. Kathleen was a long time resident of Winnipeg, where she lived with her late husband Lionel Delorme. After 41 years of marriage, they are survived by their daughters, Dianna, Shirley, Doris (Ray) and Debbie; sons, Fred (Marge) and Wayne (Lynda). Together they were proud grandparents of 17 grandchildren, 12 greatgrandchildren and one great-great- grandchild. They also leave behind numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lionel and children Horace, Janie and Alex. A private family service is being held in Kathleen's honour in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Boulevard. A very special thanks goes to Velma Fifield and all the staff at Riverview for their gracious support. As well, our mother had two people she fondly called her adoptive sons Denis O'Mally who lived with my family for 16 years and a long term care giver Brad Horst. Our family wishes to express our undying gratitude for his love and care of our dear mother and grandmother As roses have time to blossom and bloom, let love wash away all the sadness and gloom.
