WILLARD LAWRENCE GEORGE JOYAL 1934 - 2008 It is with sad and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Will on his journey to the Spirit World. Will leaves to join his mother Amanda; father Louis; brothers Ray, Harold and Len; and his favourite sister-in-law, Terry. Will leaves behind to celebrate his life long-time friend and ex-wife Elizabeth, his one and only beloved son Lawrence; brothers Lou and Harvey (Martha); sister Myra (Gerry); special sister-in-law Marj and many nieces and nephews, great and great-great. Will struggled in his life being Two-Spirited. Only those of us on that road know the hardships of acceptance. After years of appeasing the world, he was able to accept and live at peace with himself. He celebrated this life with his friend, companion and partner of 36 years, Raymond J. Michell. Will enjoyed life and living. He loved family, friends, his babies passed, Junior and Alexis, and new baby Riel. He enjoyed his home, sports, entertaining, music, road trips, watching people and most of all walking on this beautiful Mother Earth, HIS PASSION. Will's family invite friends to celebrate his life at the Prairieland Aboriginal Funeral Home, 1020 Main St., on Saturday, March 22, at 1:00 p.m.
