Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMONICA JOANNE LARAMEE (nee MOSCHLER) August 30, 1968 - April 4, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Monica passed away peacefully in her sleep after a courageous battle with Scleroderma. She is predeceased by her father Herbert Moschler (1994). Monica will be sadly missed by the love of her life, Raymond, her sons whom she loved and adored, Matthew Rodgers, Joshua Laramee, Alex Laramee and Jonathan Laramee. She is survived by her parents, Ursula and Oskar, brother Ralph (Angie, Nathan, Sabrina), her sister Karen (Chris, Rebecca, Ben), parents-in-law John and Virginia, sister-in-law Tricia (Brad, Logan), brother-in-law Allan (Tasha, Christopher), as well as extended family and friends. Moni touched the lives of all who knew her. Her infectious giggle and warm smile will be remembered always. To her, her five boys gave meaning and great pleasure to her life and a real sense of family which she cherished deeply. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. D. Robinson, Rosa, Donna, and all the staff at the Rheumatology Clinic. Their compassion was a great comfort to her and she spoke of them highly. They would also like to send a special thank you to the nurses, doctors, and staff of RR6 in the Rehabilitation Hospital who cared for Monica near the end. Even in her suffering did Monica think of others and has graciously donated her remains to the advancement of medicine in the hope that progress can be made in the research of Scleroderma so others may not have to suffer. A private memorial will be held for immediate family and ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in memory of Monica to the Scleroderma Foundation. YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN OUR HEARTS AND TRULY MISSED UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN BABYGIRL. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU

13 1/2 years have passed and I still think of you always. You were a friend that touched my life in a way that I will never forget. Your kindness, your smile, your love of life. No matter what the day held for you, pain, sickness or sadness. You always had a smile on your face. The last time I saw you, you laid in your hospital bed and as I cried because I didn't want to say goodbye. You comforted me. You told me it would be ok. You Moni were that person. You always cared so much for others. But you my dear friend. Were loved so much. Years after your passing, I met a medium at a event I was attending. They decided to give me a reading during dinner, and you Moni, you came up, and those mediums told me exactly what you said to me the last day I saw you. "I will always be with you" They told me that you never broke that promise and were watching over, and always would be. It gave me the most amazing comfort. I miss you Moni. Gone but never ever forgotten. Till I see you again. xoxoxo. - Posted by: Lisa (Friend) on: Oct 12, 2021
